Ontario 511 allows you to personalize your traveller information experience with My 511.

To get started, you need to create an account and confirm your email. If you would like to receive notifications on your phone, you will also have to verify your phone number with a code you receive by text.

After you register for a My 511 account, you can set up My Routes and My Notifications to receive text messages or emails for your daily commutes.

My 511 allows you to personalize what route notifications you receive including options for:

• Travel time
• Traffic speed
• Closures
• Incidents
• Roadwork

 
My Notifications lets you decide the days and times when you want to be notified. And by using HERE data, Ontario 511 can provide travel times from your front door to your office door.

You can also save any of the cameras to a slideshow on the Ontario.ca/511 map page using My Cameras, and use My Map Legend to customize what you see
